Goldens Bridge Studio

Goldens Bridge Studio was founded in 2005 as a way to provide quality music lessons to the communities in and surrounding the town of Lewisboro, NY.

We started with a single studio in Goldens Bridge, and have since expanded to encompass not only our home studio, but additional independently run studios in neighboring areas.

GBS is one of the largest guitar schools in the area, with three guitar teachers teaching over 40 students, and is the only one accredited for RGT (Registry of Guitar Tutors, U.K) training and examinations. In additon to RGT, we are also experienced with the RCM (Royal College of Music, Canada) syllabus and use it regularly. All of the guitar faculty are Suzuki certified, meaning they have specific training in teaching guitar to beginners as young as 4 years old.

GBS piano faculty members are world class performers and educators. Our students consistently achieve the highest scores/marks for NYSSMA, and NMCP (National Music Certificate Program, an extension of the Canadian Royal College of Music examinations).

Several of our associates provide lessons in the home (where the instructor travels to the student). Areas of coverage cover for in-home lessons include Goldens Bridge, Katonah, Chappaqua, Mount Kisco, Pound Ridge, Bedford and many others.

Goldens Bridge Studio also serves many students and clients though community partnership programs at public and private schools throughout Westchester County and parts of Fairfield. We also partner with local community arts and outreach organizations. Through these partnerships, we are able to provide specifically taiilored music education programs that are highly successful and beneficial for young students.
