New Student Enrollment Form
New Students: Once you have completed your trial lesson, and are ready to enroll, please use this form to setup your account. (If you already setup an account for your trial lesson, please login below.) Please be sure to review our Terms of Service.

After you have submitted this enrollment form, we will finalize your account, and activate your login. The Advanced Enrollment Deposit (AED) is $200.

If you are a new guitar student, $100 of this enrollment deposit  is applied to the purchase of the Guitar Accessories Pack, and the remaining $100 is allocated to your Books/Materials/Fees Deposit.

For non-guitar students (piano, drums, woodwinds), $100 is applied as a credit on your initial Tuition Invoice and the $100 balance is allocated to your Books/Materials/Fees Deposit.
