Students enrolling for the first time in guitar will need the following equipment:

1.) Solid-top classical guitar, sized and approved by the teacher.
       Through our trade in program, we are able to provide all students with a handmade classical guitar.
       New students can pay in at whatever size level they start at, and pay for upgrades as they grow. 

All of these instruments come with a hard case. The upgrade fee is $75 to move from one size to the next, but may be higher depending on the condition that the instrument is returned in. Students who quit may turn in their guitar and receive their full original deposit back.

There is also the option of purchasing a factory made guitar. These guitars range in price from $180-250. With the factory made guitars, we do not provide any buy-back or resale support, nor can we accept them as trade-in guitars.

5.) Low-adjustable music stand (K&M Model 101, $40)

6.) small tote bag for carrying books

Items 2-5 are available as one package, for $100 or less depending on whether the student owns one or more of the items on the list.  All other items (books, accessories) are provided as necessary, and are invoiced once yearly.
